Destroy in the sense of "completely vaporize" or "toss it into the Sun"? Of course not. However...

However, they assess that the site could be neutralized, thus preventing it from becoming an active enrichment facility.

We could certainly lock the door with a few megatons of rubble. So this is a reasonable assessment. We can put the facility out of operation without breaking a sweat. But notice what becomes the headline: US incapable of destroying 'Pickaxe Mountain'
