2 Goes to show we don't have a shortage of water, it's just in the wrong places. Wish we had some way to change that. Colorado is PARCHED.

3 You have to consider the carrying capacity of the land. Water is a key element in capacity. If you let developers built too many houses, there won't be enough water for all the people who move into those houses. You could build more reservoirs but you'd rather steal the money. Oh well, it's climate change. It's Trump's fault, right? Water rationing, anybody? Better stock up on deodorant because you can't take a shower.
