1 well over a million Chinese nationals have acquired American citizenship through this mechanism.

The question that must be asked is why is this happening? Why are massive numbers of infants from one sovereign nation becoming citizens (administratively only) of yet another sovereign nation ?

Why are we legally downloading millions of potential Trojan Horses ?

9 Roberts is compromised as hell, thanks to his time at kiddy diddler ranch (we have photos). Barrett is either compromised too or as I think she is, terrified of ruling against the uniparty and will buckle and vote with them when pressed.

Both need impeached, along with Jackson.

10 Why are we giving all those pregnant Chinese women visas? Oh, that's right. Democrats would find a sympathetic, Obama appointed judge and sue Trump if he denied any of those people a visa. The lawfare would tie his hands for months if not years.

Grom, you're getting just as bad as the Democrats. They blame Trump for everything when it's really their fault. They're the ones who left the borders wide open. They're the ones who tells us that everybody in the whole, wide would should be allowed to just walk right into our country, no questions asked.

You don't have a choice between Trump and DeSantis. You don't even get to vote in our election unless Newsom mails a ballot to you. We'll have a choice between Republicans and Democrats and you better hope that we choose a Republican.

13 The Supreme Court decision would have been nice, but it doesn’t really matter when there are several simple workarounds, from executive orders to a bill passed by Congress to more court cases testing the theory from different angles until one finally sticks to the wall.

We hand out tourist visas wholesale. Given that these women are coming just long enough to drop their babies and get the paperwork signed before heading back home, six month tourist visas are more than long enough. But the other article posted on the subject today talks about how President Obama signed off on a 45 day visa-free waiver for Chinese tourists visiting the Northern Mariana Islands near Guam. That’s the other loophole that desperately needs to be closed, even though the locals will fight losing the tourist income.

21 We already have a law that if someone with citizenship, but permanently living abroad, has a child while abroad, that child does not inherit citizenship. So it is not in the blood, but is a matter of connection.

We get to redefine things either by changing how we understand the words or by passing new words. We’ve done it with slaves, with Prohibition, with Jim Crow/separate but equal…

But we work through these things slowly, to make sure the change is not a whim.

European Conservative, when your daughter was born here, did you think your move was permanent, or was it just until you finished whatever you were here to do?
