Given it took elected officials to pose and vote for and implement this US Constitution violating law.

Shouldn't the Cal Politicians be indicted on Federal charges, or at least removed from office for violating their oath of office?

Given the lack of knowledge of the average voter and their tendency to believe the MSM, I do not see any prominent politician being indicted until after the mid term elections are over.
