OH! Wait! it's Summer, and we are starting a periodic El Niño weather cycle. A well studied and abused for $$$$/fame weather cycle. Which occurs every few years. An affects global weather patterns as it has for eons.

All snides aside.
Yes, it is very serious and we need to get ready for it.
Even here in the Southern US we are expecting to see 105F this week.
A bit higher than the usual 99 to 102F in July.

NOTE: The highest temperature ever recorded in Georgia is 112°F, which occurred on July 24, 1952, in Louisville, GA.

BUT! Cheer-up
In a few years we'll be reading about the incoming La Niña causing the usual Cat 5+ severe hurricane cycle.

OBTW:
20.98 °C = 69.764 °F
(depending on location taken.)

3 With all that said.
We and many others around here buy the Wally World 40 count packages of 16oz water bottles. We Freeze them and then hand them out free to those working or living on the streets.
