Standard Legal Rule of Law
A person committing a crime shall not profit from it.
Therefore, the fruits from the crime shall not be granted.

So if the parent(s) entered the USA illegally, they are criminals and subject to deportation. Having committed a crime to enter they have voided all rights to remaining here. If the female is here on a VISA and NOT A US Citizen. Then the born child is a citizen of the country of the female, and not the USA.

Time for Congress to modernize the 14th.
But, good luck with that. The Democrats vote like they want to allow in any person that does not understand the US Law, the BOR's and our Constitution in to milk them for political power.

Also add clause to US citizenship, rules and law.

NO dual citizenship's.

A person must officially renounce all other citizenship statuses. Their originating country must officially revoke their citizenship. All before taking the final US Citizen Oath.

IF a naturalized US Citizen is found to of revolted or engaged in a armed conflict against the USA, that person shall be expelled once convicted.
