Wonder how many of this POS's own people straved or died due his greed.

Has any "Save Africa" campaign type charity, ever done 25% of what claimed it would do? Has even 1 spent the majority of the collected $$$$$$ on the reason it was collected, and not on other things like themselves, or the Political donations?

How about "Save America 1st"?
With citizens helping each other, thus no 50+% top heavy $$$$$$ managing board with deep pockets, and private jets.

The nations that have not taken foreign aid actually are doing fairly well now. The ones that did are poverty filled hell-holes.

Cut off all aid for Africa.
