4 The electorate is woefully uninformed about the key role the US Congress is playing in permitting federal judges like "Sparkle" from interfering with federal policies. The US Congress could simply abolish the DC District Court for DC with a simply majority vote, and establish another with all new federal judges, as it did in 1863.
