3 Ceasefires in the middle east have half-life of a day. And I do not understand how to have a ceasefire with someone who vows to kill you, your wife, your kids, everyone you know and your whole culture.

It does not resonate with me: We didnt kill you today, but our promise to kill you in the near future remains, but today we enjoy beautiful cease fire! I dont get it; if someone vows to kill you, only a fool doesn't take them at their word.
