Wait, is he saying that Syria should kill everyone? OK, whatever. Someone has to do it.

This actually makes sense. Ricardo's Theory of Comparative Advantage basically says countries should do what they are best at. Israel is good at making high-tech stuff, Syria is good at fighting with fellow Arabs. So, yeah.
