1 Why was he squatting in the other team’s tent with a 5” knife in his gym bag? Seems like that would be a good question to ask.

How does he end up with a public defender who can’t get some black people on the jury after raising millions for his legal defense? That would be my second question.

3 @ Apparently Texas allows more peremptory strikes than most states and there were IIRC, at least non black 6 minorities in the final jury and alternates.

5 I understand there were Blacks in the jury pool, but under questioning it was determined they all had decided a verdict before the trial and were subsequently dismissed.

I believe others were dismissed on the grounds that they worked for the school system.

Non-black minorities, AKA Asians and Hispanics, are considered white for the purpose of racial grievance mongering since they generally practice the values of Western Civilization when it comes to things like education, jobs, family, and crime.
