Blocking drugs coming out of Canada is good and bad.

eg. We have a family member still alive today because they could afford to order 90 days of insulin delivered to their door for $150 from Can-Pharm. Verses the US 4+ times that price it was costing stateside at the time (2018). Plus the re-freezable Ice blocks and cooler came in handy several more times.

With that said.
Lately it seems, given the strange new Canadian Politics, many of those items are now OUT OF STOCK.

10 NN2N1: have your relative check the TrumpRx.gov site to see their meds are affordable there. I just set the process in motion for my key expensive prescription, and will save thousands of dollars, since I am paying for the entire thing out of pocket.

11 Mexico is a huge trading partner and imports low production goods (ore, lumber, first step production items) and turns them into medium and high trade goods (such as furniture, car parts, cars, alarm clocks) and is our biggest trading partner behind China for getting said items.

If we are serious about decoupling from China and building things here, we WILL need Mexico to make the items to build the factories and machines/robots here.

Canada... yeah we can live without their stuff.
