3 Moore has made other resume enhancements.

Claimed Masters Degree at Oxford but his thesis does not seem to exist.

Also claimed to have been inducted into the Maryland Sports Hall of Fame but no such institution exists.

Notwithstanding this, he has governed closer to the middle than people feared. Given that the Dems have huge majorities in both houses of the legislature, things could have been worse.

We do not have detail on what his actual assignments during that time
