5 I worked with other physicists my whole career. Everybody knows some math (quite a bit more than average), but everybody taps out somewhere along the line.

11 I just got done reading "Physics and Vertical Causation" by Dr. Wolfgang Smith and watched an associated movie about him called "The End of Quantum Reality".

I had been thinking about non-material causes, then stumbled across these works by Dr. Wolfgang Smith. He says such causes are ubiquitous, and calls them "Vertical Causation" as compared to "Horizontal Causation", which is what he calls causation as seen by quantum physicists.

He tells which parts Einstein and Newton and others got wrong b/c Descartes got it wrong so long ago; it goes all the way back to the Enlightenment.

13 color me skeptical, the whole thing today is about information and who controls it. They've been talking meta date for over 2 decades and they now have the tool to put it to work. gut "feelings" and "information" sound a lot like things current known technology can replicate such as infrasound, super low frequency, etc. Manipulation of a person is already done daily at scale with principles developed for marketing and advertising, implemented with AI/tech. Seems to convenient a discovery. I'm a little surprised Beck embaraced it so innocently, without a bit of a cautionary attitude, given the speed at which tech has/will invade our lives in the coming years. Funny how they worry about disclosure and its hypothetical outcome on society, but full steam ahead with AI/Tech with reckless abandon.

14 as to actual aging ... the duck billed platypus is the most interesting creature. It's been that way for 400 million years (long before the dinosaurs) and can steal genetic patterns from fungi, and other animals and viruses RNA) There are folks working on bestowing youth forever to primates starting with Lemurs in Madagascar and tying it in with the Playpus genetic material. The already are able to move Lemurs back to the human equivalent of 15 years old. another few years and somebody could move your 80 plus body back to 20. Just hang in if you can until it's possible. Cost in $ might be huge as it's a high profit business.

One of the privileges of wealth is the ability to spend a great deal to experiment on oneself as an early adopter. One of the advantages of being not wealthy is that by the time the price drops, we know whether or not something actually works as originally thought.

Look at botox: early adopters spent a great deal to smooth their wrinkles to look younger, not realizing impacts on experiencing emotion and a hit to cognition. Not to mention that some people develop trouble swallowing — which may have been what happened to Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign, on which she wasted a good chunk of her ill-gotten gains.

On the other hand, prices have now dropped enough that botox is covered by Medicaid as a prescribed treatment for frequent, debilitating migraines.
