Legal office simply hoping Chungag and Ombaki will just show up for hearing and trial were they? Naturalized cit? Source of Army commission? Private flying lessons? Rogue warrior, or simply went rogue? "Plotted" from home and office? Lots of questions on this one.

I take it, no one in the nearby Intelligence Community (excluding FBI) knew of Chungag or Ombaki? He was actually stationed at Fort Meade ?

Assigned and orbiting the National Capital Region (NCR) for at least 5 years? Never approached, never pitched? Huh, ok.
