3 Egypt has a serious barrier along the entire length of their Gaza border, alanc. Steel and barbed wire above, dug down deep enough to cut through tunnels below. They really, really don’t want Gazans sneaking through or smuggling where they can’t control the flow of foods and people in both directions… and ensure the al-Sisi family gets its rake-off.
