Simply because, it is the basis of all Criminal Law.

2 I suspect Schlichter is correct and I think Trump knew what the outcome was going to be even before he issued the EO. It's more important to watch what Trump does versus what he says. Trump is very, very good at saying something that outrages the Left & the MSM and distracts them while he quietly does something important.

3 I agree Chantry. He has a history of working in chaos and having the press and the left fixated on his left hand while his right does something else and traps them later.

Every time some family members freak out about some Trump thing or this... I just say watch out for this other thing. They scoff, say he is dumb and insane and then in a month it happens. I have been banned from several family gatherings and thank the gods for that. Bloody loons.

And no one can convince me that the Founders intention was that if a billion foreign-people snuck through the border and dropped a billion babies so to displace the heritage American population, no one can convince me the Founders would be okay with that.
