8 @7 Any true 5th columnists, versus the lone wolf, will attack what they consider a high value/high reward target, which is what the 9/11 murderers did. The towers were both a successful physical attack on the country and a successful attack on the spirit of the average American citizen.
If they think they can attack a high value/high reward target with a reasonable chance of success, it won't matter if it is in a red or blue state.
