Or they are waiting until late August to early September when a trial(s) can help the Republicans in the mid -terms.
Or they are waiting until after the election because trial(s) would hurt the Republicans in the mid -terms.
Or maybe they flipped one or more of the lower level people and are building a case against someone much bigger, but have to be careful because of moles still in place at DOJ & FBI
