With what? Granted wikipedia can't always be trusted, but a quick search shows Afghanistan with almost no aircraft (1) that can carry bombs and only a few helicopters (under 30). There appears to be no artillery or surface to surface missiles that can reach Islamabad

6 The Afghan Air Force used to have a bunch of those cute little A-29 Super Tucanos. But I don't expect the Taliban have been much for maintenance. Inshallah, and all that. Never mind spare parts.

8 Pakistan OTOH has quite a good airforce. I don't think the Taliban really wants to play tit-for-tat airstrikes with them.

Not that I would mind if they did.
