No individuals all looking to agree and 1 up the other.
OR scared they will ostracize for not following the group.

In short, politicians representing the Party agenda for power and $$$$$,
and not their voters.

To whom were they looking, that is, who is their leader? Was it one of the Squad? Vance should tell us.

Whether that hesitation stemmed from, as Vice President Vance suggested, fear of a far-left primary challenge or from an entrenched refusal to celebrate anything associated with the president remains an open question.

The Dems will not gain acceptance outside their ilk until they agree with Trump on something, and say they do so, out loud, in public, and for good reason. Alas, they won't do so for fear of their lunatic extremist fringe (aka ostracism as NN2N1 states in #2). As Limbaugh said, there are no moderate Democrats. I'd add there aren't any brave ones right now either; our nation suffers because of it.
