Maybe it is wanking over what the meaning of "is" is, but this is more like intelligence operations run against the American people than a lack of analytic rigor.

We need a functional CIA, but how do you come back from this, other than burn it down for the nails?

3 I wouod love to see them readdress the 2003 country thingy for Iran that stated categorically they’d given up pursuing nuclear weapons, given that they wrote it specifically to keep President George W. Bush from being able to act on it, putting a hard stop on the progress of the post-9/11 War on Terror.
