Given the Far Left Odd Liberal Democrat Presidents we have had since the 90's, I would have to agree, with the SCOTUS.

Because there is no telling what the next Obama/Biden/??Newsom
would do??

Tariffs cost every citizen more and retirees don't need the extra burden especially now.

BTW:
Besides, the Taxing and Spending Clause, Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution states all TAXES shall come with Congressional approval?

Congress is only authorized to levy taxes for two purposes only:

1. to pay the debts of the United States,
2. provide for the common defense and general welfare of the Citizens.

Then isn't giving $$$ of Billions a year to other countries illegal?

As Trump has shown through action it is a very powerful foreign policy tool.

Congress does not negotiate tariffs. That is an executive function.
