I guess the PA Media is hoping readers will forget Hamas and other ~~resistance fighter~~ terrorist groups train 10 years old to carry bombs, and how to use AK's. So that when they read that a 16 year old riding with a known ~~resistance fighter~~ terrorist, will be viewed as an issue by normal and moral readers.
