Regarding the Birthright loophole.
I have always used the court system, long-standing rule.
A person cannot profit from their criminal act.

Illegally entering the USA is a criminal act.

Therefore, having a kid to claim the right to stay and collect Taxpayer $$$$$ to support it, using a criminal act, legally cannot be allowed.
