So given the added snip-it that the Uruguay Gov. elite were monitoring the event closely.

Were the elite/rulers there maybe planning on their own Dictatorship style rule like Venezuela?

Maybe it is time to ask the question.
Has the UN has become little more than a political mouthpiece for religious radical and socialists nations?
