7 The fraud needs to be stopped. The criminals including the white politicians need to be held accountable. The manipulation of the system also needs to be studied to close the loopholes. Neighbors that set themselves up as government paid childcare facilities for each other are probably acting lawfully, but it’s a manipulation of the system. Watch each others kids or your own kids. No need for me to bankroll you while you do it beyond the usual welfare safety net.
