The results were "inconclusive?" (termed used in the trade}. Schedule a follow-on test with a second polygrapher and continue to monitor performance. "Inconclusive" does not necessarily mean failure. The poly is a tool, not a jury finding.

2 CISA was formed to do something that is detrimental to the 1st Amendment based on a fabrication. We need to stop arguing about how to lead it and give it the USAID treatment.
