Track who was involved, the Skim, Kickbacks and rewards they collected.

How about a simple law imposed on all Federally employed, appointed, consulted, elected, and etc persons?

No person may abuse the privileged non-public information for personal or political agenda gain. Until such information is announced, and made available in the same manner and detail to the general public.

Nor accept compensation from such for a period of 10 years, after leaving all Federal related duties.

With a 10 year, mandatory general population prison sentence.
