4 Witnesses said they saw (NAME UNKNOWN 63 y/o) Bus Driver, smash into multiple vehicles, and it looked like the Bus Driver even tried “to keep going,” before being stopped by an unmarked police car.

So was this a deliberate "Peaceful Accident"? Or a Driver with medical/mental issues?
