6 I remember the SPEC OPS helicopter operation. The best was watching corrupt Congressman watch it on their phones. I think it was in Schiff’s district. I thought they had finally got him.

9 @#8- That's getting nigh impossible in California. Maybe in some smaller cities or rural counties. LAPD folks have been flying to coop for OC departments for years. At 1 point, about a 1/3 of Huntington Beach PD was former LAPD.
