1 Remove the top 10 feet of terrain from the island. Should provide an amusing response. Bombs get old; use them or lose them. Seems like a most worthy cause.

2 Note that the first "drug boat" zapped had come from I. Margarita, and was carrying a rather large number (10-11) of people on board.
They were smuggling something, and it wasn't drugs.
