Per case law freedom of speech is a "constitutive element of a free and open democracy" and "the foundation of any freedom."

This incident shows how much Western Democracy has eroded in Germany and the general orientalization of German culture and politics.

The West, including Germany has been transforming to become more and more similar to Russia, China and the Islamic world since 9/11.

The Trump election has been the only counter devrlopment to this trend so far.

A reason for hope or Western Civilization's dead cat bounce?

The main dispute is whether this new anti-Western polity should be ruled be the Moscow/Peking nomenklatura or by the Brussels nomenklatura.

Milei's election is a sign of hope, but Argentina is to peripheral to decisively influence Western civilization's fate.

The danger comes as much from the woke right as from the left, not only in Europe.

Tucker Carlson was a mainstream conservative. Now he advocates in favor of pacifistic submission to tyranny and genocidal oriental despotism with his criticism of Bonhoeffer.

(*) In European political language "liberal" is not a synonym for "leftist." Orban's "illiberal democracy" without liberty is two wolves and a sheep voting on dinner.
