I think I see a trend here. RCMP lets him go and calls it a "bungle". Riiiiight. Then he gets busted in Mexico but they allow him house arrest and he "fled through a tunnel". Riiiiiiight! Gotta wonder if the proverbial plata was involved in those escapes and if the same might happen in Cuba.
