1 Given, some key elections are less than a month away.

Questions:
Would California, having the 2nd largest Jewish faith voter population in the US, have anything to do with PR event?

Will the Jewish Voters remember the Pro PA-GAZA-HAMAS & Anti-Israel protests/riots? When they cast their votes?

Will the Jewish Voters remember the physical attacks and even murders against them? When they cast their votes?

All of which still are openly supported by the Democrat Party DC Swamp & the CAL State's Leftists, Liberals, Socialists. That now seem to have a major influence and control in Democrat Party

3 So Newsom is finally on the correct side of an issue. Maybe, as tw says, this new law will be ineffective or even counterproductive. But then, even a stopped clock like Newsom can be right twice a day. And he needs all those Jewish voters, and donors, in LA.
