3 Once upon a time judges recalled that the doctrine of judicial modesty is central to preserving the judiciary's role. Shame the activist leftists on the bench view the politics of the moment as more important than the continued viability of the judiciary. This won't end well.

5 It is becomming increasingly clear that the TROs and other interdiction actions by Judges to prevent the deployment of National Guard troops is a coordinated strategy to drive Trump to the Insurrection Act of 1807 and the use of federal troops. Such an act would be mis-represented by the left, the MSM and clueless bloviators as the act of a dictator, proof of their spurious claims that Trump is a fascist and danger to "democracy" and gives them grounds for impeachment 3.0 and an end to the reforms underway.

As the NGO money channels, massive deficit spending, grifting foreign aid and billionaire dark-money sources all dry up, and actual criminal charges begin to roll out, the demokrat machine is seeing a real existential crisis. Panic and desperation are driving a dangerous move to near-open rebellion options as the DC Augean Stables begin to feel the damp approaching!
