Will this H-1B fee will even out the technical salary playing field? Where previously, employers would bring in Technical skills at 1/3 the price of what US I.T. Citizens were getting. Thus decreasing the demand and salaries of well-trained US I.T. Citizens.

So now the companies now need the Imported Labor to stay longer to offset and make up for the H-1B fee?

2 I have never heard of any other country in the world that has anything like an H-1B program. In fact, they all do just the opposite.

We all know what it is. It's another govt sanctioned betrayal of the American worker.

H1B killed the incentive to spend the time and money to get the skills only to be displaced by foreigners. It's been going on for 40+ years. Corporations want the labor market flooded to keep labor costs down. Doesn't matter if its unskilled or skilled. The Uniparty has been accommodating. Now they get Trump.
