#4 The first job of a politician is to make sure the voters are safe from criminals and invading armies, that potholes are filled and drinking water is clean.

#6 So Metro PD officers are now federal LE officers and can charge federal crimes? Does this remove their ability to use the District Criminal Code? Will the U.S. Attorney be able to prosecute DC criminal offenses or does this shift all felony arrests to the federal court?
