#1 Medvedev warned that other countries could make deliveries.

"3. A number of countries are ready to directly supply Iran with their own nuclear warheads."

'A number of countries' does not exclude Russia.

In addition, Medvedev recalled that the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START), which he signed with the 44th US President Barack Obama, is still in effect.

Putin suspended New START in 2023.
