#4 If she’s competent for the job, it oughtn’t be a problem. If she was chosen for her racial and s3xual identity instead, it’s as destructive a problem as if a white man were chosen only for that reason… or because he or she is the big boss’s idiot nephew/niece.

Competence über alles, followed immediately by ability to work with others as much as the job requires. Anything else is unserious.
