#1
NAFTA killing the USA a company at a time.

Remember back in 1979 when DC sold us the idea that NAFTA would enrich the Mexico economy, stem the ILLEGAL Immigrant flow into the USA, by setting up factory and jobs down there?

How many millions of US Citizen have lost jobs since NAFTA was passed in the 90's?

How is it, China and other countries can ship goods into Mexico, and it's covered under NAFTA?

How did we end up with almost 24.2 million Illegals since NAFTA was suggested, passed and now have Press #2 for English?

#2 I never liked Tupperware. It's all plastic crap. Who needs 'em? Pyrex storage containers are mostly glass. Only the lid is plastic.

#3 Tupperware seems like a lava lamp type company. I wasn’t aware you could still buy their stuff.

#4 I use Rubbermaid containers. Gives me an excuse to go to Dollar General to see if any of that security guard vs shoplifter deadly force stuff is going down in the parking lot.

#5 ^Abu, PYREX™ is borosilicate glass and I still have some pan lids and a lasagna pan made from it. While pyrex™ is a trademark registered for soda glass ...we used to make PYREX™ in the mainland US.

#6 Important point being only the borosilicate stuff has the temperature tolerance everyone associates with PYREX. Be real careful with the other stuff.

#7 I like the 2 cup Pyrex glass containers for portioning chili and such in individual servings, so I have a lot of them. Unfortunately, they changed the plastic of which the lids are made, which now crack after only a few years instead of lasting well over a decade.

#8 I got some of the old, good stuff at a flea market for next to nothing. A couple narrow ones that are great for meatloaf or bread and a couple 10" square that are great for baking or broiling fish.
