17 I know it takes at least a minimum level of intelligence to see the humor in situations. I believe the more intelligence you possess the more humor you will see and be able to appreciate. I wish I could invent snark the way many Rantburgers do. But, if I was a Democrat, I'd be going around with a sour expression on my face all day every day.
