3 Locust swarms are a regular occurrence and a good protein source. Thinking like a Westerner (or perhaps Japanese, with their vast drag nets that sweep the seas clean of fish), under such conditions I would set out vast nets to capture all that free food, then make a killing as a roasted locust magnate.
