15 They really should have a three strikes your out rule. If a lower court is overruled x number of times the members that voted are disbarred or something. There should be some penalty for political games with the judicial system..

Among other things she felt so strongly about the Death Penalty that she was 64-0 in repealing cases that came before her -- her oath to uphold the laws of the State of California be damned.
