#1 Something that government never does while planning our economy, thinking of market reaction.

Wait for some lame brain, knee jerk reaction that will solve nothing, make the market react again, cost more money in regulation and generally make worker's lives more costly and difficult.

#4 My self-employed brother in Mass. had been paying a penalty for not signing up for Romneycare in that state. Last week he told me he doesn't have to pay a penalty any more - he's too poor.
