8 Well, barry isn't european/white (he's not actually a black per se, but he's definitively embraced his "not whitey" identity, and that's what got him where he is now anyway), has a full muslim name set (except if you consider the sotero alternate ID), his deadbeat daddy was a muslim, he spent his formative years at a madrassa where from all accounts he was a devout muslim kiddie, no muslim leader or scholar ever has denounced him as an apostate...

So, even if he's not REALLY a muslim, just a practicing commie, just think of the banquet scene in "Freaks" : "one of us! One of us! One of us!...."
Less than 8 years after 9/11. Makes you really wonder, doesn't it?
