1 I find it impossible to believe that a new type of ship of this size, which has yet to be designed, could be launched by 2028.

even getting the design completed by 2028 seems possible but a long shot

5 I would like to see a napalm cannon added on the quarterdeck for port visits. That could add some spice to security alerts. You would have to dress the watch in crash suits, but it would be intimidating. The idea is to send a consistent message.
