1 I wonder if tearing down all those Dams and Reservoir since the early 2000 to appease the over the top environmentalists, has played a role?

Having lived and worked in the Valley areas back in the 70's & 90's. There was always the question of when THE BIG ONE would happen, and refill the San Joaquin Valley again.

Currently, the California Valley is pumping out of massive amounts of underground fresh water, to meet the population's and the farming agricultural increasing demands. Which, has caused the Valley to drop as much as 30+ feet in several areas.

The Valley alone has been dropping 1+ feet per year due to this pumping.

2 CA also dumps an enormous amount of fresh water into the sea to save a bait fish.

We used to live in Danville,Ca next town north of San Ramon. I monitored the quake activity and we never had this many. Sarah basically has to say don't panic but be prepared. Any change in activity is significant given we know little about causality of earthquakes.

3 I lived in the Bay Area from 2007 to 2015. We had earthquakes pretty regularly. There would be a loud boom and shake at the Richmond plant where I worked. I would walk out to the dock to see if a trucker had given us the geriatric gramma backup treatment. That was never the case. One of the loaders eventually clued m in.
