3 ...Apparently, there's a statute of limitations issue - the last chance to hit this is British courts was about a month ago. the chances of that being overturned are slim at best.

On the other hand, the Beeb does have property and personnel here in the US. File here and ask that the personnel be PNG'd and the property seized.
