Iraqi Prime Minister sent four military brigades to Basra
|
Translated Text:
The American Alhurra channel claims: The Iraqi Prime Minister sent four military brigades to Basra after receiving information indicating that factions close to Iran are planning to attack Kuwait from the province.
The factions intended to launch drones from Basra toward Kuwait and carry out ground attacks on its borders in the event of war breaking out with Iran. Information about this attack reached Baghdad from a Gulf country.
There is now ongoing coordination between the Iraqi intelligence service, the Iraqi army, and Gulf countries to prevent any attacks targeting Gulf states from Iraq.
